Travis Kelce Singing Taylor Swift’s Bad Blood is so Adorable

Travis Kelce cleverly inserted a little Taylor Swift into an otherwise unrelated conversation with a brief rendition of “Bad Blood.” On the most recent episode of Travis’ podcast with his brother Jason, which aired on Wednesday, March 20, the two talked about football players who had been dealt or signed to other teams throughout the offseason.

In reference to Kenny Pickett’s departure from the Pittsburgh Steelers to Jason’s previous team, the Philadelphia Eagles, Travis stated that Pickett and the Steelers’ “relationship ended in a little bad blood,” with the final two words sung like Swift’s hit song of the same name.

The brief performance fit right in, and neither brother mentioned the smooth reference as they went about. Regarding Pickett’s “bad blood,” Travis stated that “Kenny is saying he preferred to move on” to a different club.

Fellow Swifties and New Heights fans appreciated the reference, with one even singing along in the comments, saying, “Bad blood, HEY!”

“Trav threw a little Bad Blood in. ,” said another.

Fans on social media also loved the cute moment, as a Swiftie enthusiastically wrote on X, “travis kelce belting out bad blood unprovoked on @newheightshow HE’S ONE OF US FR.”

“He’s so me when someone mentions a word that’s in one of her lyrics/titles,” said someone who really related to Travis, as a third noted, “i love how jason is so unfazed.”

Travis and Jason occasionally discuss Swift on the podcast, particularly when recounting recent events such as Travis’ trips around the world to watch her Eras Tour.

While discussing Travis’ Singapore vacation, the Kansas City Chiefs player enthused about the architecture, food, and more, including his visit to the Flower Dome, the world’s largest glass greenhouse.

Right now, Travis and Swift appear to be keeping a quiet profile, enjoying their time off from touring and football before Swift returns to work in May.
