There are many devoted Packers fans ready to cheer on the team, but there’s one that just might take the cake. A Manitowoc woman has delivered her homemade baked goods to Packers players for more than a decade.

Nancy Beaulieu, who’s also known as The Cookie Lady, says this hobby began when she and her friends would watch the Packers practice.

She realized many of the rookies were far away from their homes and families, so she took it upon herself to spread some kindness with homemade treats. Now, it’s not just the rookies enjoying the cookies, it’s all the players. Nancy says she delivers them at practice, at the airport, before games, anywhere she can catch them.

Her two most popular batches are chocolate chip and snickerdoodle but she switches it up depending on what flavor each player likes.

Nancy says she does it because she just really loves the Green Bay Packers. “I just figure that’s just a little to show them I appreciate them that much because they do so much for us. They really do,” said Nancy.

Nancy is currently a nominee for the Packers Fan Hall of Fame. The winner will be announced next month. In the meantime, she’s hoping her sweet treats help fuel another Packers win Saturday.
