After the game, Iosivas was asked about Burrow making sure that he got the football from his first career touchdown. And Iosivas dropped a quote post-game that Bengals fans will love.

“He’s a great teammate,” said Iosivas (via NBC Sports). “He knows what it means to be the new guy, the late-round draft pick. He’s super-constructive, never toxic. When you mess up, he comes over and just tells you what to do, how to fix it.”
“It’s incredible having him as my quarterback.” The quote about never being toxic is awesome to hear. It’s not that anyone’s ever felt that way about Burrow.
But it’s still nice to hear those types of comments about a player that’s going to be in Cincinnati for a long time to come. A toxic quarterback can torpedo a franchise.
Burrow is an elite leader in every way. And the fact that Burrow recognized what a big moment that reception was for Iosivas is a big reason why his teammates love playing with the former LSU star.
